Wilma S. Pugh

January 9, 1945 — April 29, 2021

Wilma Sue Pugh (Napier) 76, passed away at her home Thursday evening surrounded by her family.  She was born in Grapevine, Kentucky to the late John and Lizzie (Noble) Napier.  Wilma was a graduate of Danville High School with the class of 1963.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Monday, May 3, 2021 at the HARVEST HOUSE INTERNATIONAL CHURCH in Mooresville, In., with visitation from 10:00 am until the time of service. After a fellowship lunch, burial will follow in the Clayton Cemetery at 2:30 pm.  A prior visitation will take place Sunday, May 2, 2021 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the HARVEST HOUSE INTERNATIONAL CHURCH.

Wilma worked for many years at the Hendricks County Hospital and at several nursing homes as a nurse’s aide, as well, she worked as a custodian at the Hendricks County Courthouse. Wilma enjoyed traveling overseas with her husband Donald, and taking many road-trips across the country where she enjoyed shopping and a good yard sale.  She was a member of Harvest House International Church.

Survivors include her husband Donald R. Pugh of Mooresville, children, Dennis B. (Angela) Lofton – Avon, Lori (Jeff) Myers – Port Charlotte, FL, Jennifer M. Bauer – Austin, TX, step-children, Candice (Rick) Harrison – Mooresville, Emmitt R. (Angela) Pugh – Mooresville, David (Amanda) McDaniel – Mayo, FL, sister, Jerema (Leon) Robertson – Indpls, brothers, Jessie (Carol) Napier – Danville, Caren Napier – Middleton, FL, 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  Wilma was preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence “Sonny” McDaniel, sisters, Bonnie Key, Reva Combs and Barbara Graham and step-son, Arthur K. Pugh.
