Virginia Lee Morgan

Funeral services for VIRGINIA will be held at 2:00 pm Mon., Feb. 18, 2019 at WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOME DANVILLE with visitation from 12:00 noon until time of the service. A former resident of Danville, Virginia has lived in Fredericksburg for the past 2 years to be near her daughter. She passed away at the Hughes Home Wed. morning. Burial will take place in Maple Hill Cemetery at Plainfield, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Wesley.

Virginia was born in Bowling Green, KY. to the late Carl and Aline (Justice) Cowles. She was a graduate of Bristow (KY.) High School. Virginia married Wesley Ray Morgan June 6, 1955 in Robertson County, TN. He preceded her in death Jan. 9, 2017. She was a homemaker, and a member of Bartlett Chapel United Methodist Church in Avon.

Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Ann (Chris) Morgan-Parfitt of Fredericksburg, VA., 3 grandchildren, 1 god-grandchild, 2 great grandchildren, 1 god- great grandchild, and 2 sisters, Betty Green of Bowling Green, KY., and Linda Dugan of Morgantown, KY.
