Virginia G. Morel

Funeral services for Virginia, 77, of Danville, will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019 at the Abundant Life-The House of Mercy Church, located at 1003 W. Lincoln St. in Danville. Visitation will also take place at the church from 11:00 am until the time of service. Burial will take place in Danville South Cemetery following the services. She passed away early Thursday morning at her home with her loving family at her side.

Virginia was born in Indianapolis to the late John O. and Audry (Miller) Jellison. She had been the manager at the Village Pantry on W. Michigan St. in Indianapolis for 16 years. Virginia was an active member of the Abundant Life - The House of Mercy Church, and the U.S. Army National Guard Reserves.

Survivors include her children, John (Sandi) Morel of Camby, IN., Donna Perkins of Danville, Dianna (Charles) Turner of Danville, Misty (Kelvin) Coffey of Eminence, IN., and Wendy Hartsalla of Danville. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Virginia was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Morel.
