Shane M Sterling

Funeral services for Shane M. Sterling, formerly of Danville, will be held at 11:00am Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Weaver & Randolph Funeral Home Danville.  Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Friday July 26, 2019 at the same location. Burial will take place after the service on Saturday at Brownsburg Cemetery, Brownsburg, Indiana.

Shane the son of James "Jim" Sterling and Shelby Ridner was born June 20, 1986 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He spent 30 years of his life in Danville, Indiana, graduating from Danville High School in 2005. He later served his country in the National Honor Guard. Shane was a member of the American Legion Post #331. During his time of employment he was known as an expert Construction worker

Survivors include his son Gavin Sterling, Avon, his father James "Jim" Sterling, Pensacola, his mother Shelby (Agnew) Ridner, Danville, a brother Joshua Ridner, Danville, a step-mother Ruth Ann Sterling, North Salem, a grandmother Gaytha Ashmore, great-grandmother Betty J. Hart, both of Brownsburg. Many Aunts and Uncles as well as nieces and nephews. Shane was such a caring person and will certainly be missed by all of his family and friends.
