Robert H. Gill

Funeral services for ROBERT H. GILL, 84, of Belleville, will be held 11 am Mon., Dec.19 in WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOME CLAYTON with visitation 4-8 pm Sun., Dec. 18. Burial will take place in Clayton Cemetery with military honors.

Bob was born Aug. 21, 1932 in Bloomington, In. to Jess and Goldie Alice (Allen) Gill. He married Catherine Delores Lawrence Jan. 29, 1953, she preceded him in death Mar. 14, 2007. Bob had been a "job setter" at Western Electric in Indianapolis for 30 years, retiring in 1985. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his children, Catherine L. Wheat - Clayton, Michael E. (Kimberly) Gill - Speedway, Timothy J. (Lori) Gill - Arizona. 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and a brother, Donald (Delores) Gill - Bloomington. Bob was also preceded in death by a son, Robert D. Gill, brothers, Russell and Jesse F. Gill, and sisters, Ruth Moore and Frances Wilbur.
