Robert L. "Bob" Ashbrook

Funeral services for Bob, 77, of Clayton, will be held 2:00 pm Friday, Nov. 22, 2019 at the HAZELWOOD CHRISTIAN CHURCH, located at 9947 S. and Co. Road 0. south of Clayton. Visitation will also be at the church 11:00 am until the time of services. Burial will follow in the Clayton Cemetery.

Bob was born in Cumberland, Kentucky to the late Vincent and Ethel (Finn) Ashbrook. He married Patricia J. "Pat" (Ogle) Settles June 14, 2015. Bob had been in the maintenance department with the Indianapolis Marion County Building Authority for a total of 32 years, retiring in 2000. He was a member of Mooresville Eagles Aerie Lodge #3988, Mooresville American Legion Post, and the Speedway Moose Lodge #500.

Survivors include his wife Pat, children, Robert "Rob" (Danielle) Ashbrook of Plainfield, Vicki Carlile of Plainfield, step-children, Keith (Sonya) Settles of Indianapolis, Dawn Edmondson of Indianapolis, Penny (Temo) Garcia of Plainfield, and Nicole (Bryan) Turner of Sneedville, TN. 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a sister, Monette (Lynn) Hagerman of Brooksville, FL. also survive.
