Public Message COVID-19

d. March 20, 2020

WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOMES is prepared to safely care for families during the COVID-19 pandemic. Serving Danville, Clayton, and Hendricks county since 1949, WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOMES remain committed and prepared to safely care for the families we serve. Whenever possible, WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOMES will continue to enable families to participate in the rituals that are most important to them.

However, federal, state, and local public health guidance may impact the size of gathering a family is able to plan. Depending on a family's preference, their loved one can safely be embalmed. Families may choose either burial or cremation as usual. At WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOMES, we recognize our responsibility to protect the health of those we are privileged to serve. We will continue to guide families, as we always have, in ways that they can meaningfully commemorate the life of their loved one, while adhering to the guidance issued by federal, state, and local public health officials. The CDC, state, and local public health officials have offered a lot of helpful guidance for businesses on this topic, which we continue to follow.

As a member of both the NFDA (National Funeral Directors Association) and the IFDA (Indiana Funeral Directors Association), WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOMES regularly receive information via these two associations from the CDC, Department of Health and Human Services, and other agencies about the evolution of COVID-19 in the United States.

Please know that no matter the circumstances, we are here to serve your family.

Sincerely,

Ronald W. Randolph, Owner
