Peggy J. Guerra

Funeral services for PEGGY J. GUERRA, 73, of Clayton will be held at 2:00 pm Sat., Dec. 9, 2017 at WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOME CLAYTON with visitation from 12 noon until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Clayton cemetery.

Peggy was born in Kenton, TN., a daughter of Henry Albert and Mildred Ester (Harvey) Ladd, Jr.. She graduated from Central High School in Crystal Lake, IL. She furthered her education by receiving her real estate license. Peggy married John Guerra in May of 1986, he preceded her in death Apr. 20, 2003. She enjoyed being a homemaker as well as being involved in the business' of real estate and owning and operating a yarn shop, both in Crystal Lake, IL. Peggy attended the Hazelwood Christian Church. Contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Survivors include her sons, Anthony "Tony" Harris of Clayton, Todd Harris of Huntley, IL., John N. Guerra, Jr. of S. Beloit, WI., a daughter, Sheilagh DeLorenzo of McHenry, IL., several grand and great grandchildren, and a brother, Alan Ladd of Utah.
