Paul E. Peters

Private memorial services will be held for PAUL E. PETERS, 86, at St. Augustine Episcopal Church in Danville. The interment of his cremains will take place in St. Augustine Episcopal Gardens.

Paul was born in Batesville, IN., a son of Charles and Oda Peters. He graduated from Clarksburg,IN. High School and received a BS degree in accounting from Miami of Ohio University. Paul married Anna F. Treadway in 1952, she preceded him in death on Feb. 28, 2018. He had worked in the accounting department at Allisons in Indianapolis for 29 years, retiring in 1991. Paul enjoyed his post retirement working at the Indianapolis 500 Motor Speedway Museum. He was a member of St. Augustine Episcopal Church, and served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.

Survivors include his children, Melissa Lucas of Danville, Rebecca A. "Becky" (David) Keen of Zionsville, Jeffery (Tami) Peters of Avon, and 8 grandchildren. Paul was preceded in death by his 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
