Linda L. Plunkett

Linda, 73, of Danville, passed away Wednesday morning at I.U. West Hospital in Avon. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 in WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOME DANVILLE with visitation from 9:00 am until the time of service. Burial will follow in the New Winchester Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Darrel. The wearing of masks is recommended, but optional.

Linda was born in Indianapolis to the late Robert and Martha (Denton) Sturm. She graduated from Danville High School with the class of 1965, and attended Indiana State University. Linda married Darrel L. Plunkett in 1968, he preceded her in death in 2013. She was a wonderful homemaker and had owned and operated Ventura Quilts in Danville for twelve years. She was also a member of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Danville, and the Hendricks County Homemakers Club.

Survivors include her two sons, Jeff (Shari) Plunkett of North Salem, Jason Plunkett of Danville, two grandchildren, and her brother Bob Sturm, of North Salem.
