John Milton Beasley

A memorial celebration of life for JOHN MILTON BEASLEY, 68, of Danville, will be held at 11:30 am Wednesday, June 14, at St. Augustine Episcopal Church in Danville, with visitation from 9:30 am until time of service. Burial of his cremains will take place in St. Augustine Episcopal Gardens at a later time. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the church and/or the Michael J. Fox Foundation.

John was born in Indianapolis to Milton L. and Helen Irene (Scott) Beasley. He was a 1966 graduate of Danville High School. John was a farmer and owner of Beasley's Orchard in Danville, that was established in 1946. He was a member of St. Augustine Episcopal Church, as well as the Indiana Horticulture Society, and the Fruits and Vegetables Growers Associations. John served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Viet Nam War.
Survivors include his wife, Debra (Derrickson) Beasley, son, Calvin Beasley - Plainfield, step-children, Lyra (Adam) Baitis - Plainfield, Seth (Jill) Aichinger - Battleground, In., grandchildren, Gloria, Maya, Bryn, Faye, a sister, Shirley Walters - Danville, and nieces and nephews.
