JoAnn Zinn

Funeral services for JoAnn Zinn, 91, of Greensburg, will be held at 1:00 pm Fri., Dec. 15, 2017 at HARMONY BAPTIST CHURCH located at 5697 Broyles Road in Avon, with visitation there from 11 am until time of service. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens on Allisonville Road in Indianapolis.

JoAnn was born in Hull, TX., the daughter of William Harvey and Maude Mae (Young) Jamison. She married Bill Wilson Zinn in 1945, he preceded her in death in 2012. JoAnn was a graduate of Amo High School and attended Indiana University. She had been an administrative assistant at Meridian Mutual Insurance Company in Indianapolis for 25 years prior to retiring. JoAnn was a member of the Clarksburg, IN. Christian Church of which she served as secretary for 17 years. Contributions may be given to the Gideon's International in her memory.

Survivors include her children, Jerri (Ronald) Stout of Avon, Melinda (Robert) Thomas of Lawrenceville, GA., Scott and Nathan Zinn both of Greensburg, 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and a brother, Jerry Jamison of Lafayette. JoAnn was preceded in death by a son, Michael Zinn.
