Jeffrey "Jeff" Allen Wrightsman

"Jeff" passed away at his home on Sunday with his family at his side. At his request, a cremation will take place. A time of gathering, sharing, and remembering "Jeff's" life will take place at the Danville American Legion Post #118 Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Continue to keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.

He was born in Bloomington, IN. to Albert L. and Mary E. (Smith) Wrightsman of Statesville, NC. "Jeff" graduated from Owen Valley High School in Spencer, IN.. continued his education at Oakland City University in Oakland City, IN. and an apprenticeship program at Ivy Tech in Indianapolis, receiving an Associates Degree. He was a retired ironworker with local #22. "Jeff" married Tammy L. Harrah April 6, 2002 in Gatlinburg, TN. He loved his country, and was active in the Hendricks County American Legion Danville Post #118, serving in the "Honor Guard".

Survivors include his parents, wife of 17 years, Tammy, children, Chuck (Carrie) Pennington of Indianapolis, Joshua (Tori) Pennington of Brownsburg, Whitney (Floyd) Davidson of North Port, FL., grandchildren, Landon, Taylor, Kendall, & Harper Davidson, Matthew, Madison, & Calvin Pennington, sister, Scheryl (Ron) Clines of Statesville, NC., father-in-law, Max (Rose) Harrah of Indianapolis, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, & cousins.Contributions maybe given to the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network @ bcan.org.
