Jeannie Faye McKee

Jeannie McKee, 65, of Danville, IN passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022, after suffering a stroke.  She was surrounded by her family in her final hours.  Jeannie Faye McKee was born in Indianapolis, IN on December 30, 1956, a daughter of the late Fred E. and Grace (Holley) McBride.  Jeannie worked as a medical imaging technician at Hendricks County Hospital for 30 years.  She was passionate about helping people in need, strangers, or friends.  Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, and especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her loving husband of 40 years, Patrick McKee, their children, Amber (Jeremy) Wisehart of Wilkinson, IN, Aaron (Kellie) McKee of Prospect, KY, and Austin McKee of Mooresville, IN; sister, Susan McBride of Fredericksburg, VA, and Nini’s most valued treasure of all, her grandchildren, Kash and Alaina Wisehart, Miles and Knox McKee.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, from 3:00 – 7:00 PM at Weaver & Randolph Funeral Home in Danville.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Danville Friends Church, 45 N. County Road 200 E. Danville, IN 46122, with lunch to follow.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jeannie’s name to the American Cancer Society or sign up to be an organ and tissue donor with the Indiana Donor Network.  Jeannie’s final act of kindness was to give the gift of life, which she was able to do with the help of her family, who honored that wish.  Online condolences may be offered at www.weaverandrandolphfuneralhomes.com
