Funeral services for HOWARD G. LITTLE, 93, a life resident of Clayton, will be held at 6 pm Wed., Mar. 8, at the PLAINFIELD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, located at 600 Simmons St., with visitation there 3 pm until time of service. As Howard requested, his cremation will take place later.
He was a son of the late Paul Howard and Ruth Agnes (Woods) Little. He was a 1941 graduate of Clayton High School. Howard married Nadine (Ogden), who preceded him in death. He later married Elizabeth Louise "Betty" (Bear) Masterson. A farmer, Howard owned and operated "Little Bit" Farms, the former Maplecroft Outdoor Theatre 1947-1972, and had been a forklift operator at Yellow Freight in Indianapolis for several years. Contributions may be given to the church, of which he was a member, to be used in their ministries. Survivors including his wife "Betty", are his children, Nancy Kaun - Port Charlotte, Fl., Joe (Mary) Little - Palm Harbor, Fl., Jim (Donna) Little - Staunton, In., Bruce Little - Denver, Co., David Little - Clayton, 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and a sister, Joanne George - Clayton. Howard was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Little. WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOME CLAYTON entrusted with the arrangements.
