Helen "Sue" (Lytle) Allen

83, passed away at her home Thurs., Aug. 30, 2018. A memorial graveside service will be held at 3 pm Sat., Sept. 29, 2018 in New Winchester Cemetery where her cremains will be laid to rest with her husband, Gilbert's, who passed away in March of 2014.

"Sue" was born in Maysville, Kentucky to Edgar and Irene (Pangburn) Lytle. She graduated from Maysville High School in 1953. "Sue" married Gilbert Allen in Lawrenceburg, Indiana in 1954. She had been a school bus driver for Danville Community School Corp. for 27 years, retiring in 1994.
"Sue" is survived by her children, Chuck (Connie) Allen of New York, Tom (Leslie) Allen of Florida, Bob (Becky) Allen and Randy (Kelly) Allen, all of Danville, Joe Allen of Florida, Jim (Cheri) Allen of North Salem, Steve (Barbara) Allen of Peru, Indiana, 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, a brother - Bob (Sharon) Lytle of Danville, and a sister, Kay (Rusty) Fritz of Ohio. She was preceded in death by 1 brother and 3 sisters.
