Gail Jean (Danhoff) Soltis

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Sat., Sept. 8, 2018 at Bartlett Chapel United Methodist Church, located at 4396 E. Main St., Avon, IN. with visitation from 11:00 am until time of service. Burial of Gail's cremains will take place at a later date.

Gail was born in Streator, IL. to John P. and Jean A, (Ball) Danhoff. She graduated from Streator, IL. High School in 1961 and attended beauty college. Gail married Kenneth "Ken" J. Soltis in 1964. She was a homemaker, very active in the Danville Girl Scouts, as well as the former Danville Presbyterian Church, where she taught sunday school and helped with all church activities. Gail has attended and been active in Bartlett Chapel United Methodist Church for many years.

Gail is survived by her husband of 54 years, "Ken", her loving cat, "Sophie", children, Kimberly (Gary) Vandagrifft - Danville, Kevin (Lorie) Soltis - Brownsburg, Kris (Franklin) Kilburn - Danville, grandchildren, Heather and Nicholas Kilburn, Samantha and Nathaniel Soltis, Kenneth "Wil" and Garrett Vandagrifft, brother, Gregory Danhoff, MD. - VA Beach, VA, and sister, JoAnn Vicich - Mobile, AL.
