Eileen, 74, of Danville, passed away Saturday evening in Hendricks Regional Health Hospital. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am Friday, December 17, 2021 in MARY QUEEN of PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH in Danville. Visitation will take place from 9:30 am until the time of the funeral mass in the church. Burial will follow in DANVILLE SOUTH CEMETERY. Those wishing to send flowers, please have the florist of your choice take them directly to the church. The wearing of masks are recommended, but optional.
Eileen was born in Indianapolis to the late Irvin and Mary (Curran) Fish. She first married Ronald Lee Murphy, who survives, and lives in Mooresville. Eileen later married her current husband, Larry M. Clark, April 19, 2018. Having been brought-up in the Catholic Church, her beliefs were steadfast with her membership in Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church. She was also a member of both the Danville and Brownsburg American Legion Posts. Eileen loved people, and enjoyed serving others. She had a career in food service, either hosting or waiting on people at many restaurants, including the former Harley's Steakhouse in Brownsburg, the Wafflehouse in Crawfordsville, and the Fireside Inn in Indianapolis. She also spent a time helping people seek their "fortune" dealing cards in Las Vegas.
Survivors also include her daughters, Sherry (Anthony) Von Ogden, Gina (Matthew) King, all of Avon, Sheila (Cobi) Cobian of Mooreville, step-daughter, Sherry (Rusty) Hanes of Danville, 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, brothers, Joseph, Charles, Norman Fish, all of Greencastle, sisters, Margaret Sego of Greenwood, Jeannie Grote of Crawfordsville, Frances Hubble of Lafayette, and Elizabeth Sharp of Indianapolis. Eileen was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, Bradley W. King, Kara M. Von Ogden, a step-son, Jason Clark, and a brother, Daniel Fish.
