Bradley S. Folsom

Funeral services for BRADLEY S. FOLSOM, 27, of Avon, will be held at 3 pm Sat., Jan. 21 at HAZELWOOD CHRISTIAN CHURCH, located at 9947 S. Co. Road 0, south of Clayton. Visitation will be there from 12 noon until time of service. Burial will follow in Clayton Cemetery.

Bradley was born Dec. 28, 1989 in Snellville, Ga. He was a high school graduate, and was a member of the Hazelwood Christian Church.Survivors include Mike and Tina (Gibbs) Folsom Family - Anderson, In., and Rob and Krystal (Kilmon) Family - Clayton.
