Beverly, 87, of Clayton passed away at her home, Wednesday, with her family at her bedside. A graveside service only, will be held 11:00 am Monday, August 23, 2021 in Clayton Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband of 53 years, John Henry Branstetter. Because of family health issues, they have asked those wishing to attend, please wear a face mask. Those wishing to send flowers, please have them sent directly to the Clayton Cemetery.
Beverly was born in Worthington, IN. to the late Oraul and Helen (Canada) Agan. She married John Henry Branstetter July 19, 1953, he preceded her in death May 12, 2006. Beverly was a wonderful homemaker, taking care of her family in so many loving ways. She extended her tasty cooking abilities to not only Mill Creek School East for 20 years, but also provided wonderful meals at the former Clayton Cafe as well. A tireless worker, Beverly found time to clean the Clayton Post Office. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clayton and the Ladies Auxillary of the Kirkland, IN. VFW Post.
Survivors include her children, John Thomas (Penny) Branstetter of Clayton, Rosetta (Jim) Branham of Camby, Debbie Ehrsam of Salem, IN., Pam (Robert) Summerlot of Underwood, IN., grandchildren, Michael A. Ehrsam II, Zachery Branham, Amy and Matthew Branstetter, Olivia Summerlot, and a great granddaughter, Piper Mia Branstetter.
