Barbara J. (Hillman) Davis

Funeral services for "Barb" will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018 at WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOME CLAYTON with visitation from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Burial will follow in Amo, IN. Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her late husband, Leorn.

Barb was born in Harmony, IN. (Clay County) to the late Archie H. and Norma M. (Elliott) Hillman. She was a graduate of Brazil (IN.) High School. Barb married Leorn Davis Sept. 22, 1962, he preceded her in death Jan. 2, 2000. She loved flowers and had worked in flower shops since high school. Barb assisted her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Lea Ann Davis at Davis Floral in Clayton for many years. She was homemaker, and held a real estate license as well. Her memberships include the First Baptist Church in Amo, and the Cartersburg O.E.S. Chapter.

Survivors include her son, James P. (Lea Ann) Davis of Clayton, grandchildren, Patrick J. Davis, Leslie A. Rowe, Hannah L. Davis, great grandchildren,Isabella Rowe,Finnley Rowe, and Ellie Lynn Davis. Barb was preceded in death by a son, Kent J. Davis, a step-son, Ronald J. Davis, and a sister.
